1. It is mainly used to improve the surface bonding properties of organic and inorganic materials, such as glass fibers in FRP and silicone fillers in plastics, rubber, paint and coatings. It is also used in adhesives to increase the bonding properties. The resins it adapts to include epoxy, phenolic aldehyde, melamine, polysulfide polyurethane, polyphenylene and so on.
2. Improve the adhesion of inorganic fillers, substrates and resins, so as to improve the mechanical strength and electrical properties of the composites, and have a higher retention rate in wet state.
3. KH-561 as surface treatment agent of inorganic filler is widely used in ceramics, glass beads, talc powder, wollastonite, silica, quartz, aluminium powder and iron powder.
4. KH-561 is suitable for quartz-filled epoxy sealants, sand-filled epoxy concrete repair materials or coatings, and metal-filled epoxy die materials.
5. It can improve the adhesion of two-component epoxy sealant. Improve the adhesion of acrylic latex, sealant, polyurethane and epoxy coatings.
