LK-TT2 is a kind of monoallylalkoxysilane, which is widely used in various fields as a bond accelerator. It can be used in coatings, addition silica gel, condensation rubber and other industries.

Main advantages

Because of its unique diallyl structure, it shows excellent wettability and chemical bonding on some substrates with poor bonding properties. The use of polyurethane adhesives and sealants in condensation systems has brought many advantages to the product: excellent wet bonding performance between inorganic substrates (e.g. concrete, aluminium) and organic substrates (e.g. PET, PBT), improved tensile strength and modulus, non-yellowing and flawless in the formulation of high elastic products. Adhesion of aluminium, glass, stainless steel and other substrates in the process system.

Application

1、LK-TT2 is a universal silane, which improves the performance and quality of the product.

2、Soluble in general organic solvents (such as methanol, ethanol, methyl ethyl ketone).

3、It can be used as additive or primer in coating or adhesives and sealant industry.

4、In RTV, addition-moulded silicone rubber and other special systems, it can improve the cohesiveness.

5、The recommended dosage is 0.5-1.5 wt.% relative to the total formulation.

Storage

5 kg/barrel, 20 kg/box.
Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, damp-proof and waterproof, away from fire and heat source.
