    The inorganic powder activated by this product not only has stable quality, but also has light color, non-toxic, small taste and synergistic thermal stability and lubricity to PVC. It has wide application range, convenient use and low price.

    All kinds of powders treated by this product are changed from hydrophilic to organophilic by chemical reaction on their surface. Experiments show that the inorganic powder surface modified by this product can be used in composite products. The inorganic and organic ends of the coupling agent react or entangle with the inorganic filler surface and the organic resin respectively, which enhances the interfacial compatibility between the inorganic powder and the organic resin. Therefore, the modification with aluminum coupling agent can not only improve the processing performance of the plastic products filled with inorganic powder, but also enhance the interfacial compatibility between the inorganic powder and the organic resin. It can also significantly improve the physical and mechanical properties of the products, make the water absorption rate of the products decrease, the oil absorption value decrease, and the fillers are evenly dispersed.

    For some plastics products with low filling, the filling amount can be increased substantially (more than 50% more than the original filling amount), the processing performance can be improved (melt viscosity decreases, die wear decreases), the product quality can be improved, and the production cost can be reduced, so it has obvious economic benefits.

    Applicable resins： PP, PE, PVC, PS and so on, the dosage is 1-2%, the specific dosage needs to be tested.
