Main Uses

  1. Acylsilane KH-570 is mainly used in unsaturated polyester composites. It can improve the mechanical properties, electrical properties and light transmittance of the composites, especially the wet properties of the composites. It can be used as a quartz coupling agent.
  2. The wetting treatment of glass fibers with the coupling agent can improve the wet mechanical strength and electrical properties of glass fibre reinforced composites.
  3. In the wire and cable industry, the EPDM system filled with peroxide is treated with the coupling agent, which improves the consumption factor and specific inductance reactance.
  4. Copolymerization with vinyl acetate and acrylic acid or methacrylic acid monomers. These polymers are widely used in coatings, adhesives and sealants to provide excellent adhesion and durability.
