Phenyltributyl ketoxime silane as crosslinking agent is mainly used in the preparation of deketoxime room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber. Compared with methyl tributyl ketone oxime silane/vinyl tributyl ketone oxime silane, phenyl tributyl ketone oxime silane can improve the high and low temperature resistance, tensile strength and oil resistance of silicone rubber.
RTV silicone rubber prepared with phenyltributyl ketone oxime silane has higher surface drying activity, and RTV silicone rubber with higher elongation can be prepared with phenyltributyl ketone oxime silane.
Oxime wo-silane KH-36 is commonly used in the preparation of deketoxime room temperature curable silicone rubber for electronic and mechanical purposes, and also in the preparation of deketoxime room temperature curable silicone rubber requiring high elongation.
